5.0 turbo kit - Original Pony Car

I found this kit on ebay and beyond better judgement am actually impressed with it. Would this actually be a good kit...or maybe with a different turbo unit?

Wow, that one does look pretty good, especially compared to the usual eBay crap you see. I don't know what type of turbo it has, since it says it's their own brand. It's already at $1225 with the reserve not met, so who knows what it'll get up to?

I went through their previous purchases and saw a kit go for $1000 even. I would probably switch out the turbo later but I'm really lookin toward gettin this. I'm curious what all else I would need to complete the kit though?

Just found out reserve it $1300...I personally feel that is a good price, now maybe I'll have a reason to look forward to the car sittin this winter??

Dual 255 lph pumps (in tank & Vortech T-Rex), 60 lb injectors, SCT BA2600 or 3000 MAF, a tune, and a prayer that your headgaskets hold on.

i wish that i had the balls to try a turbo on my old beast!
Ive got two shortblocks that im storing for a buddy, i might take one and get it checked out and buy it from him and start building me a new motor, maybe one for a turbo...

I'm doing it till I get my money from school next year...them I'm doin a 347...might still keep the turbo. Depends on how good it is.

Before you buy you should jump over to the turbo mustangs forum and talk to them guys. tons of turbo build ups probally help out alot.
