yeh dumps with the flows, they sound good but its time for something differnet.
enter the magic of copy and paste. OK, got it all on today. first off after i got my head out of my ass and got the weight off the rear end and was able to get the pipe over the axle i had the problem of the flow tube on the drivers side being to long. I tried to beat the muffler on the tailpipe thinking that maybe i could get some more room but it was no dice, broke out the circular saw with a metal cutting blade and took about an inch off of it and got it all together. i used some SS stop nuts on the clamps. passenger side the tail pipe didn't want to stay in the front hanger grommet and the flow tube was about an inch and a half too long. got it all together and noticed that the top of the pass. side tailpipe is against the rubber return fuel line. I tried to move the pipe around and even tried to beat the muffler on it and pull it forward some but it didnt work. I know this isn't good, maybe i can zip tie it off to something and get it off that pipe. Passenger side sticks out from the rear valance maybe a 1/4 inch, not much and I'm not going to worry about it tonight. Is it possible that i got the tails switched and put the passenger on the drivers side. oh and they sound SUPER AWESOME, ill try to post up some clips tonight. |
