Welcome to Original Pony Car - Ford Mustang Forums! I'd like to share a little about myself, and how this site came to be.

My name is Matt Nelson, the owner and founder of Original Pony Car - Ford Mustang Forums. Approximately two years ago, this site began as Midwest-Mustangs.com, a small regional forum with not too many members. Shortly afterward, I decided to form a nationwide forum instead, rather than just doing a regional site and merged the two sites. Reason being, I was a super moderator on one of the largest Mustang forums and felt the site had become stale, as members left in search of sites with far less "overmoderation." So I created a site that I was allowed to call the shots, pick the staff, and make the members feel welcome. After approximately six to eight months and no members, I became discouraged and shut the site down - a decision I was never happy with. Some recent circumstances in my life have allowed me to bring the site back, and this time we're here to stay! Please tell your friends about us, and let us become your family, as you are welcome to be part of ours!
